Why I Coach The Way I Do
Hi, I’m Tapan.
I’ve led multi-million dollar projects at Google, LinkedIn and Cisco – aligning teams, delivering results, and driving meaningful change across global
organizations.
But I didn’t start there.
My career started as an Instructional Designer, designing training programs, juggling multiple subject matter experts and doing everything I could to keep my projects moving.
I executed at a high level, but the recognition never matched the impact. Then something changed when I stopped managing tasks and started leading with
clarity, presence, and strategic influence.
Today, I coach ambitious project managers to make that same shift – without burning out, waiting years, or guessing their next move.

How soon do spots fill for PMCareerMap?
I only work with a small number of clients at a time so I can give you the support you need. Spots usually fill quickly, especially at the start of the month. It’s best to book early if you’re interested.
Can I upgrade from a Power Session to PMCareerMap?
Yes, you can. If you finish a Power Session and want more support, you can move into the full PMCareerMap 1:1 coaching. We’ll continue from where we left off.
I’m not in tech. Will this still work for me?
Yes, it will. This program is not just for people in tech. If you’re serious about growing in project management and want a clear plan, this program will help, no matter what industry you’re in.
Is there a guarantee?
We don’t promise a job, no one ethically can. There are many factors at play in a job search, and results can vary. Most clients see progress within 90 to 120 days. If you attend the sessions, do the work, and follow the plan but don’t see results, I’ll continue supporting you until you see good traction.
What’s the time commitment?
The program is designed to fit around your full-time job. It runs for 10 to 12 weeks, depending on your schedule. You’ll get enough time between sessions to reflect, apply what you learn and stay on track without feeling rushed.
